Welcome to the website for the Law Offices of Conrad R. Clark. On this and the accompanying
web-pages, we hope to provide you with some tangible and useful information about
the various areas of family law (divorce, child custody, child support) and estate
planning (trusts, revocable living trusts, advanced healthcare directives, wills
and durable powers of attorney) and our dedicated role in those specialized areas
of the legal practice.
We are dedicated to providing cost effective legal advice and beneficial results
to our clients who are seeking assistance with family law and/or estate planning.
Our area of practice is intentionally limited to these two unique areas of the law.
This specialization allows us to focus only in our area of expertise so that we
can provide our clients with the best possible outcomes and benefits.
Divorce and child custody proceedings, regardless of the best intentions of any
or all parties, are often the subject of very heated and emotional discourse. It
is our desire to be a solid, experienced source of divorce guidance to help clients
through this difficult, often impassioned, process. We are consistently aware that
an amicable relationship, deriving as part of the conclusion of the divorce, is
generally in the best interest of our divorce-law clients. While this desired outcome
cannot always be reasonably attained, it is especially important when Child Custody
is an issue. Child custody and child support are major concerns that need to be
expertly dealt with, by an experienced and sensitive child custody attorney, both
during and after the divorce proceedings. The best interests and welfare of the
minor child or children must be kept in mind at every turn.
Our other area of expertise is advising clients on estate planning, for both small
and large estates. Anyone living in Orange County who owns real property, residential
or investment, needs to seriously consider the benefits of a Revocable Living Trust.
The negative tax consequences and probate fees associated with properties owned
by a decedent who dies without a will (intestate) or with a will but without a trust,
are, typically, significant. If you own, or are buying, a home and do not presently
have a Revocable Living Trust, call to obtain a free consultation on the benefits
associated with an effective estate plan including a Revocable Living Trust.
We gladly serve all of Orange County, including Brea, La Habra, Yorba Linda, Fullerton,
Anaheim, Orange, Santa Ana, Buena Park, Westminster, Stanton, Huntington Beach,
Newport Beach, Balboa, Corona Del Mar, Costa Mesa, Irvine, Lake Forest, Foothill
Ranch, Rancho Santa Margarita, Mission Viejo, Laguna Woods, Laguna Hills, Laguna
Beach, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano
as well as many communities in Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.
Please call anytime to discuss your divorce, child custody, child support, estate
planning or other family law needs. There is never a charge for an initial phone
call or consultation and we will always do our best to provide complete answers
and guide you toward your desired solutions.
